This presentation will showcase accomplishments of the Virtual Worlds Education Consortium, such as a Student Building Challenge, Expert Talks on Immersive Learning, and future plans for global collaboration. The Virtual Worlds Education Consortium began in 2021 with the mission of helping educators in Second Life but has expanded into a global collaborative network for all teachers and learners across the metaverse.
Objectives:
Participants will discover learning outcomes of student projects built with serious criteria.
Participants will be able to connect with educators on a global scale.
