An immersive 3D-world Montana Bitterroot Salish village is used to host a simulation providing developmental growth activities, based on Native American beliefs, for learning about transitions between hero-based and uncommon wounded-healer leadership styles. Activities, involving the use of AI, are structured for helping participants to better discern how transitioning to an uncommon wounded-healer leadership style can offer unique affordances for inspiring hope in suffering people.

Objectives:
Value Native American beliefs for the importance and use of a wounded-healer leadership style.
Able to apply transitional developmental growth concepts in learning activities.

Accessibility: Provide a written script during the presentation
