Bruce Wolcott is a Communications instructor and Faculty Lead for the XR Lab. Since 2017, the XR Lab has explored various spatial computing applications for teaching, engaging both instructors and students.

This presentation will discuss the challenges of identifying and utilizing XR applications in the lab, highlight key discoveries and milestones, and provide insights into a recently awarded XR-based NSF grant.

Additionally, it will introduce a project aimed at building an information-sharing network among institutions integrating XR technology into their programs.

Objectives:
Share our challenges and key discoveries regarding XR applications for education.
Present NSF funded XR grant insights and describe an emerging institutional networking project.
