1. Dynamically switch learning activities in Second Life
In a physical learning environment, chairs have been used as tools to form groups. In the virtual world, learners can move the camera freely, so pair learning can be performed in any combination without chairs, but a third party does not know who is paired with whom. There are activities using teleporters, but the purpose was to move the learning space, not to change the learning group. We have developed a system that rotates and moves chairs smoothly, allowing for the dynamic switching of learning activities: from individual, to pair, and to group learning.
