This presentation addresses the application of transcendentalism in the metaverse for experiencing and strengthening intergroup culture, positive states of mind, and informal learning community across cultures. The authors highlight the use of transcendentalism principles in the design and use of shareable immersive 3D Oculus Rift and OpenSimulator spaces and activities supporting mindfulness, inspiring creativity, and strengthening common bonds of unity.
